Two 4 milers

Hi folks,
I've had a mixed week so far, a fab 3.85 run on Sunday in a new PB of 36 mins 23secs, but today really struggled. It was a lot warmer today and even at 7pm the sun was strong.
I had finished my drink by mile 3 so new I wouldn't be able to run much further than 4 so thought I'd cut my losses before I got too dehydrated and dizzy. I think I will also need to get myself into shorts and a vest to make me feel cooler too.
If it wasn't for all the previous comments from you guys, I'd be feeling gutted and cross by now, but hey I've got plenty of time and there's always going to be a run when things just don't go quite as right as you want.
I'll gym it tomorrow for a weights workout and depending upon the weather on Friday, I may head to the gym again and run on the treadmill in air conditioned comfort!

tinabee 'Well done on the positive outlook. We all have good and bad runs and the weather will definately have an effect on how the run goes. Definately get yourself into some shorts and vests now the weather is warmer. Ronhill have some really nice lycra shorts which are just above the knee with matching vests in their Aspiration range.
