hello y'all,

finally got home and sat down on the sofa, its bin a long and superbusy day.

was up at 6 and cleaning the house to cut down on the amount i would have to do when i got back home.

Then off to work, busy day and lots of strange things going wrong  and needing urgent attention, its always fridays, ggrr!!

finished work at half 4 and raced back home to finish my cleaning, had worked up a sweat by the time id finished :) but my little housey is spotless again. Then it was on with the running kit and out the door.

usual 4 miler tonight and was on a bit of an adrenaline high from cleaning and rushing so managed to knock a whole minute off my 4 mile time WHHOOOOPP!! also got scared by a dog barking at me (nearly needed new antichafe pants after that one!) was quite nice weather, no rain and only a bit of wind and a few puddles.

Once id made it to the pub i hurried the boyf out of the door and home to get showered and changed. super quick change and back in the car for a half hour ride to a friends wedding do.

didnt really know where we were going and ended up going to the community centre and were confronted by the cider crew, then to the miners welfare and to some random persons 60th birthday party. after a bit of scrapping and driving all over the village we eventually found the social club :)

had a good old chinwag with the work mates and my friend little rach looked beautiful in her wedding get-up. kayleigh i have 3 words for you, little miss piggy!

back home again now and shared a pizza as i forgot to have tea amongst all the excitement

ready for bed now, and then up and out tomorrow for my lsr and out tomorrow night for my friends birthday.

lookin forward to my lie in on sunday morning and chillin out after my hill run session
