tired little cornish pasty!
Mar1820107:34 p.m.
ooh yes i have tired little cornish pasty feet. fortunately they have not swollen up again, but gammy ankle is not feeling particularly good at the mo. so have reduced down to 3 runs per week and am still badgering the physio to get an appointment - really need to get it sorted.
Also having IBS issues again which is making me have no appetite, then be starving and then eat and feel sick, pretty fed up of it now.
but despite this im feelin quite chipper. me and eric have been for a trot up at the fields and although we didnt do any running it was nice to get out even though it was raining. really lookin forward to running with him now. :D
still waiting for my letter about my new job, cant really settle until i get written confirmation of it which i think is why my tummy is being poorly with me.
Very happy with my fundraising, my dad has raised an extra £150 for me and has been putting my article up in all of his favourite pubs, which im seriously chuffed with. my dad is not a very emotional person like my mum and me and so i feel proud that he has taken the time and the effort to help me out and im soo happy that he's clearly proud of me. bloody hell ill be crying again at this rate.
stil got a lot of fundraising to go though, might go out on a mission at work tomorrow to drum up some trade.
Pub run planned for tomorrow night (distance to be decided on by gammy ankle) and looking forward to it. think i might squeeze a swim in first thing in the morning to loosen up mr cornish pasty.
Its not long now people!!! oooh its sooo exciting :D

simonedumergue 'I'm off to Cornwall at the end of next week for a week's holiday. I am going to find it hard to enjoy my usual cornish pasty while I am down there....!!! Hope the pasty/ankle combo comes right. Good idea to rest up a bit. You don't want to fall at the final hurdle. Isn't that nice of your Dad. Apparently people have different 'Languages of Love' - some people show their love through words and gestures, and others do it through practical help etc. Guess your Dad is doing it his way and he is clearly very proud of you :-)' added 18th Mar 2010

gloshawk 'Take it easy on the pasty feet, won't you! Good work on the fund raising by your dad, it all helps. I've taken a break from marathon fund raising, and am sitting in a 'Shirt of Hurt' for Sport Relief as I type. Just off to the pub with a Wales shirt on. Ouch!' added 18th Mar 2010

ChrisBrad 'It does make you feel very emotional really doesnt it!! I'm thinking of having another cake sale (bring and buy next time - less baking for me to do!!) maybe just before Easter - should be a good time. Another idea is a sweepstake for colleagues to guess your finish time? ' added 18th Mar 2010

And poor you suffering with your IBS issues again what a nuisance I know how you feel, my Gastritis has been playing me up,it has got no consideration that I am trying to train for a marathon lol. You are going to be just fine as we head closer towards marathon day, especially with the mileage you have got under your belt !!! Cant wait to see some more pics of your gorgeous little doggy Eric :-) ' added 19th Mar 2010

Account_closed 'I waited around 4 weeks to get an 'offer letter' from my current employer. I had to walk around knowing that I was quitting and pretend that I was happy there, when I did eventually tell my boss, he never spoke to me again. Fingers crossed you get it soon.' added 19th Mar 2010
