Just weighed myself this moring and I seem to have put on two pounds - I can't believe it. I have not had any alcohol, have been pretty strict with my food and done all the classes to put on weight is a big fat poke in the eye.
I know, I know it could be muscle but logical health and fitness knowledge goes out of the window when 9 days of being a very good girl is rewarded by 2lbs in the wrong direction.
I won't let it deter me though - I still have 6 days before I go away and the bottom line is that I am feeling better.

Even natural champion body builders can only gain about 8lb of pure muscle in one year so to gain 2lb in a few weeks is pretty impossible really,but good luck loosing it!.
