Post High Legh - Thanks and Congrats...

Hey, just a line to the few that still check in on realbuzz....
Just wanted to extend my thanks to all who came along to High Legh on Sunday and made the race what it is today. Special thanks to Amy & Kim for travelling so far (twice over), but I know both enjoyed and Kim got a PB and Amy found a VLM run buddy :)
Well done to those who got great PB's, I think MITS was blown away by his PB and rightly so, also Laura achieved her first sub 50 which is over 8 minutes off last year, just goes to show put the work in and you'll reap the rewards! Fab times by so many JamieB, AndyB, Martin H, Rob Barber (Jeeze he's quick!) and many more so very well done all and hope to see you again next year...
I got a bit held back as last runner but made the most of it run/walking with our SOS team, such a great day, I'll prob's jump back into my sub 60 vest next year though, have let my training slip last week due to tendonitis which I hope will subside following rest....
So again thanks and congrats to all, and hope to meet up at GMR real soon.
All the best to Kim for Brighton and thanks for your company last weekend, thoroughly enjoyed, and remember in future that offer is always there, but if your prefer the Premier cos it's part of being away, that's fine and dandy, whatever suits best
Shame Mick & Tina couldn't make it, you were both missed but hopefully you'll be back next year!
Much Love and happy training!

Kitten 'Aww thanks Maijia, will do xx Thanks Paul, always good to see you AM & Grace, so pleased you got such an amazing PB too :) Well family first Mick, hope you've got your Dad the care he needs. Hope you don't hang the trainers up, I'm sure I've heard you say this before, but if you ever do, I'll hold you to that promise of running HL ;) Not much work on my part tbh, it's well established and I'm sure everyone will come back year on year all being well, but thanks for the kind words!' added 16th Apr 2010
