Geoff's legs are still not up to a 10K but he wishes us all the very best and hopes to be back in 2011
Debbie Mac is new to realbuzz and will hopefully blog more soon!
My facebook photo includes Caroline Blackwell (In red top) finishing the first High Legh 10K 2008. Along with team H. Caroline was my bestest friend ever but sadly passed away suddenly on 23 Nov 2009. Caroline's closest friends and family will be running in her memory on the day.
Jamie B had a brilliant idea for any friends who would like to pay tribute to Caroline and her friends and family by wearing a small tribute ribbon, in her favourite colour (red). So for those of you wearing ribbons at High Legh, on behalf of us friends and family, I'd like to express how touched we all genuinely are and Caroline herself would have been moved to tears at such a lovely gesture - a heartfelt thank you to you all for a girl who was quite simply beautiful inside and out xx
Kim promises to help sew some with me tomorrow - phew!
