Week 15

15 down 1 TO GO!!
Good taper week, feeling good and not much running. Hard to motivate for the runs though. Speedwork Tuesday and HM pace session thursday.
"long run" on saturday was 9 miles at marathon pace. Felt great.
Now just need to avoid illness and get to the start in one piece.
