Stage 2 just around the corner!
Dec0220099 p.m.
How did Stage 2 of this challenge sneak up on me already??? Again - in the past four weeks training has been a bit hit and miss with long work hours and the dark horrible weather closing in. I've still done enought to get through (I hope!) and remain injury free so far.

So on Friday night I will be off to the lovely Gower Peninsula, for a sneaky weekend away in a little cottage with my man in tow. With the small matter of 13 or so miles on the Saturday morning to contend with. Race profile this time:

Will let you know how it goes!!
