Broken promises......

I had good intentions to keep running however the intention has notprogressed into action. I have done odd bits and pieces nothing substantial. This week is hopefully going to be the start of getting back on track. I have an acupuncture appointment Monday and physio on Wednesday to hopefully sort out my back and knee although this is not the reason for the lack of running.
Pre marathon I never had much of an appetite.During marathon training wade eloped one and now I can't get it to disappear and as a result I have put on weight and feel dreadful. So I am hoping I can get back into running and to loose some weight so that I recognise the person looking back at me in the mirror.
Every winter I get SAD syndrome however last year I did not feel anywhere near as low as other years which must have been the increased frequency and mileage of running. I am determined to try and get out running as frequently this year which might be difficult withoutbig goal to keep me going. Might need to find an event.
