I May Of Found A Reason To Put My Running Shoes Back On
Oct02200912:04 p.m.
Errrrrm it appears that I'm running the Virgin London Marathon in April, holy c**p batman!!!!
Couldn't tell you the last time I ran. I haven't had the time to run, done plenty of cycling though. Hopefully that should give me a good base for the training.
Will have to get some training going, off work with swine flu at the mo though, so won't be starting my training just yet. Better start looking at somewhere to stay..........
Hope your all good?

Kitten 'Btw, Jeff Galloway has a great book, 'MARATHON You can do it' He uses the run/walk approach and has achieved awesome times, it's what I'd do if I got in, just a thought I wanted to pass on :). Mother H achieved her best time at London by running 3 miles and resting a minute or so repeatedly and felt brill at the end too! Best of luck xx' added 4th Oct 2009
