Itching To Get Back At It

Well day one went good, did my 20 mins of Zumba in the morning and got back to my healthly eating. I can not belive how sluggish I feel and how out of shape. I can barely walk up the stairs without losing my breath, I can't belive that less than 12 months ago I was cycling 80+ miles a week
The gym re-opens tomorrow and I'm planning to take it easy, will have to build up to the 2 hour sessions gently. Back in work on Sunday and really want to get back on my bike within 2 weeks of going back. Going to be difficult though, the ride home isn't too bad its the journey into work. I have an hour and half to get the 10 miles done and get changed........ No easy task when you've let yourself go I can tell ya.
Heres to another good day, no Zumba this morning but will get 20 mins done later on
