Oh, forgot to mention... =S

My ankles are hurting! I did warm them up before I went out but obviously not enough.  Not good!

  • jach222 'Excellent challenge you've set yourself. You need to google running stretches. It's really, really important to stretch well after running and on rest days if you are sore. Plus have you bought trainers 'off the shelf'? It's often better to go to a specialist shop for trainers and be gait analylised before buying so they can advise what support you need.   • LouiseM 'Hello jach, I went to Harrods to buy my shoes where my feet were looked at, and I absolutely love my shoes! I think it's down to my house being cold and a 10 min light warmup wasn't enough, but I will def. consult with google thank you!
