Can't believe its been well over a month since I last blogged - been really busy - respiratory virus came back and I was away at Sandhurst for 2 weeks where I hurt my back! Back still not completely ok, but able to do some training which is good :-)
Decided I really should make the effort to keep blogging as its a good record of training and how I feel/progress (although I don't feel I have progressed much).
Did a 3 mile run with the Barrhead running group on Monday in the pouring rain!
gym session on Wednesday - 1 hour of cardio machines - bike and cross trainer.
gym again on Thursday for a half hour run on the treadmill., follwed by some press ups and sit ups.
Used my HRM this week too - and actually managed to stay in the zones!! On call this weekend so plan to do some gym work again.
