back in the saddle!

am back, am back as a matter of fact....cough...cough....well nearly. Made it to the gym today and had an hour on the bike - 442 calories, 45% fat (whatever that means) maximum hr was 150 and average 138, which meant for once I managed to stick 'in my zone'!! The trouble will be when I try and run - felt not too bad today didn't cough until my training finished - which was good and all in all think I might just be about better - nose still snotty so will take tomorrow off and go to the gym again on Tuesday.
Flung in some press ups and situps at the end of my "easing back into it session" then finished off with some stretching.
am so glad to be back - it was starting to worry me having so much time off!

klebe 'Good to hear you're on the way back. Like you, I'm not sure what the fat %age means. Last week I had similar heart rates but 33% fat, yesterday only 22% was fat. (Back to the HR monitor book I think)' added 15th Jan 2007
