fab friday

well - just an ordinary friday really, but I was a half day at work and headed to the gym. half hour on the bike, half an hour on the cross trainer then some good stretches - am due to go to running club tomorrow morning, so didn't want to tire myself out too much.
Also had a good gym session on Wednesday with 40 mins on the bike, 10 on the climber (first time and it took some getting used to!!) and 10 on the treadmill at a quicker pace.
Weather here is also looking great, with more great weather planned for the weekend :-)
