well - thought I should blog to let folk know I was still here, just hadn't blogged as I've been laid low with upper respiratory virus - bit like the cold, but not in my head, just my throat - so got lovely cattarrh, coughing and now losing voice. Making me cross now as its well over a week I've been sick and now I'm feeling better in myself, but still have symptoms so I can't do anything!! I have only trained 4 times since Christmas (last time over a week ago) and am starting to worry that I am losing fitness big time! Was supposed to be going hill walking this weekend too and had to cancel - now am hoping that I miraculously recover to enable going to the gym tomorrow! Failing that will have to wait until Tuesday!
