Hope that you are all keeping well ?
Went to the "Meet the Experts" VLM day Saturday. Enjoyed it. Got a lot of information on the day, some of it I knew from my past experiences of "London", but you can always learn something new.
Took the opportunity to stay in London for a while afterwards, big mistake, forgot about the snow and driving home!
Managed four runs last week, long slow run in the cold, wet slush on Sunday. Did 14 miles. How did you all get on, on Sunday ?
The three other runs were ok, not as long as they should have been according to the Runner's World schedule but out there all the same.
Am really feeling the cold, I still need a nice warm pair of gloves if anyone has any recommendations.
Had entered the Watford half on Sunday, but it was cancelled. Wonder how many other races and runs had to be postponed or cancelled around the country ? Shame for the organisers, clubs, charities etc. after all their hard work, as well as a shame for us joggers.

seasider 'got some great Nike gloves which are normal running gloves but have a thin mitten flap that comes over the fingers and can be tucked back under a flap when it isn't too warm. About £11, highly reccomended. ' added 8th Feb 2012
