Feeling fed up and thought exercise might help..
Jan21201012:43 p.m.
Just done 20 minutes on the cross trainer. The first excercise I have done since my last blog apart from odd swim and walk (hangs head shamefully). My baby is now nearly two and have been musing on taking up running again and aiming to do a Race For Life in the Summer. Felt very fed up today, tired, Victoria spent an hour crying for no apparent reason when she got up (probably teeth), we went to her baby class and she bit two other babies so came home, plonked her in bed and thought instead of curling up on the sofa with New Moon and a massive piece of cake I would try exercise and see if it makes me feel better.
It has kind of worked, am still feeling down but tonight when I AM curled up on the sofa with New Moon and cake I won't feel guilty for making up an excuse this morning.
Now I wonder if I can manage a shower before Victoria wakes up demanding lunch and In The Night Garden???
How do other mum's fit exercise in? Advice please. Lynda Lothian are you still around on the blogs? I am FULL of admiration for you, kids, full time job, husband, house etc etc and you still managed to run regularly. I hope you still are, last time I was a regular blogger was 2007.

Melanie 'I didn't manage a shower. Vic is now shrieking at the top of her voice in a very outraged fashion. Bath a deux then. ' added 21st Jan 2010

Skye_Trekker 'Hi. Think Lynda has left us for pastures new. Site has never been the same since. Nice to see you back - it's not easy to juggle being a mum & exercise, hope you manage to find a way to do it :-)' added 21st Jan 2010

Alaistair 'You can find the lovely Lynda Loth at gyminstworking.com.....if you have problems finding the site let me know and will send you a link. Well done for even considering pulling on those running shoes again, however, it is difficult to juggle everything in life, keep everyone happy and still find time to run - hope you find a way to manage it....' added 23rd Jan 2010
