finally feel like my cold is going. Got my training book out last week for a bit of inspiration & diarised fitness & measurements test today & next week 3 lots of running. 2 mins run/2 mins walk for 18 mins. Not too challenging so would be disappointed to not do them. Will do fitness test tomorrow though as am a bit tired & hungover this morning so baby is in bed, i've had a bacon sandwich & am on sofa with ugly betty while hubby to be clears the snow on the drive. Early bed tonight i think. Must make an effort to eat better too, can't resist rubbish food at mo & its making me feel really sluggish.
