Chris and Melissa on the run for MND by Melissa_Cowley

Ali had a school trip to Tesco today to look at Fairtrade products and I had offered to take some of the kids.  So I ended up running while he was in there which meant I did less than I should have.  We were meant to have been doing 10 miles but I could only manage 6 or so in the hour that I had.  Strange running in a town for a change instead of rural roads.

Had to sit down for an hour after doing my own shopping because I felt as though my legs couldn't hold my weight any more!  Have never known my muscles to be so tired.  Looking forward to a couple of days off now before a big one.....just the 18 miles to do on Saturday.

Beautiful day again and no wind - could get used to this weather (although bet my bottom dollar it won't be like it this Saturday!).
