Another beautiful spring day. Both yesterday and today I have got so hot running that I have ended up running in just my bra top (and obviously bottoms). A complete turn-around from a few weeks ago.
Did a nice slow 5 miler with Chris and enjoyed it, despite legs feeling tired.
