Still freezing today but only a five miler to do with a three mile brisk section in the middle.  Luckily some friends of mine who were training for the Moonwalk were out too which gave me the incentive to make the brisk section brisk!  Nothing like a bit of competition to get you running properly.

Really starting to feel as though we are on the home straight now......
