    It's been a while since my last post, but with not running there dosen't seem to much for me to write about!

    So this is just an update of enforced nonrunning!!  Foot seems a lot better, though not able to run who knows! Have now got a back problem (Martin informed me it's an age thing! Nice!) I've had a few scans to rule out various things and found that 2 discs in my lower back are bulging. Wasn't an issue until 3 weeks ago then my back went back. So off work 2 weeks though l'm back now, have got excercises from my physio which are helping, but still getting numb feeling in my legs which is a worry. I have to say though the physio got my back up when he said l needed to lose a significant amount of weight!! I was so upset, as he saw me at my biggest 2 years ago. I know i've 7pnd to loose but is that classed as significant? Anyway have to go back to him next week, so we'll see what he says then!

    I have really missed the running especially with Pam, and seeing others running makes me feel l'm missing out on loads. I have been out walking but it's not the same. So as for the GSR l'm deferring for next year which is a shame as it's a lovely race.

    So until my running is up and running again l will just keep tapping in to see what everyone else is up to So for now HAPPY RUNNING....
