First Day - Wake up call!

Have been up and down by around 5 lbs over the last 6 months. have been finding it hard to run wat my running club as no babysitter when hubby works late. Have got on scales this morning and had a total wake up call! Need a 2 stone weight loss to get back to healthy!! On a mission to fit in the running (no excuses) and to get some gym work or other cross training in as well as tummy needs a real tone up, along with the rest of my upper body! Will also join Weight Watchers with my mum on Wednesday to help boost the healthy eating.
