Swimming

Today's activity was a swimming session with coach Lyn Dyer. Having not been for 2 weeks I wasn't expecting to enjoy it.
1000m was completed consisting of 200m warm up, 4 x blackpool (4 crawl, 3 back, 2 breast and 1 butterfly) in various combinations (drill, pull, kick and full) finally a few lengths of water polo swimming (head up) and a swim down.
Now back int he office feeling fragile.
