Warm up before 10k training?????
Jul0820096:22 p.m.
Just started my 10k plan. It's so slow to begin with (just 16 mins) which was a little frustrating.
It takes me about 10 mins to get into the swing of the run. I am used to just doing 5 mins walking to warm up for 5k training but am wondering if, because its longer, I should start stretching out before as well as afterwards???
