HOLA!
Well this is my first time blogging and doing the FLM!
I am following the training programme provided by the FLM marathon mag plus a training programme set out by by gym instructor. I thought I could do with some structure instead of randomly running when the mood takes me.
I cant believe it's only 4 months until the FLM!!

Pix1 'I am so glad today is a rest day ! office christmas party tonight! i'll try not to undo all my good work this week!. at the end of a long run my temperature drops and i get so cold, so in this weather its worse. does anyone else get this? my knees were painful last night but that was probably due to punding concrete all week and not having the chance to run on grass! anyhoo back to training plan tomorrow, with or without a hangover! Merry christmas people, anyone mad enough to go running on christmas day?? have fun :)' added 20th Dec 2007
