So i managed to keep up the training over christmas and new year, and feel great for it, but also ensured i enjoyed myself - however i dont think going for a run yesterday after bacon and eggs for breakfast was wise, but i actually did very well.

fartlek training for 30 mins up and down a steep hill for approx 200metres!

ran into work today which is nearly a daily activityy anyway, but it did help to get back into work mode and shake the ''back to work blues''

    hope you're having fun.

aim for FLM'08'  4hr 30 mins and still alive ;)
