Things have been going ok but I think I tried a bit too hard down the track a couple of weeks ago and strained my calf. I tore them both a couple of years ago so have been taking things gently (ish) Rested up for a week and then a few gentle runs. I have been trying to get a sub 5k for a while and finally managed it last friday. A bit of a twinge in the leg on the warm up but as it was a lap and 2/3rds I thought I could give it a try and we passed the finish at 2 ks so could always drop out if things weren't going to plan. Mananged to keep going no problems and got my sub 20 at long last. A half marathon on Sunday so nothing too strenuous this week.
