Very corny title I know...
I've bought a Garmin Forerunner 305 and it is brilliant. I haven't even scratched the surface with it yet as this week I have only done a couple of 5k's but it is definitely a massive motivator!
Anyway everything is working physically and with the Garmin I think I may just hit all my goals this year.
Plan to do another 5k on Thursday and then my long run 10k on Sunday.
