Bliss!

I haven't done any running since Sunday and instead have soaked up all the attention over the last few days! Feet very sore Monday, legs slightly stiff, walking backwards downstairs. Tuesday, slightly better. Walking normally today. Taking tom off work to sort out packing for my daughter, she is off on a week's school trip next week. Lakeside, Cumbria a week of oudoor activities..........sounds great!

Well thats my last long one (if you can call it that) done. 8 miles not sure of time didn't bother to time it decided to just enjoy this last one. Sun was out...
