First training run

Today is the day that I officially started the Zest training programme. I finally worked out how to take laps on my new watch, although, as you'll see from the timings below I think I messed up the distances, still an average of 9:51 per mile isn't bad as a start!
Total distance: 3.07 miles
Terrian: mix of road and grass
Topography: some hills (mostly up on the way back :( )
Mile 1: 9:27
Mile 2: 12:30
Mile 3: 7:51
Total: 30.23 (33s for the last bit!)
What else is useful information to log???
Pre-run breakfast - can of peaches, black coffee and 2 gingernut biscuits
Music - Diana Krall (borrowed my Mum's i-pod, not the most motivating of music)
Post-run snack - 2 gingernut biscuits, large glass of water (ok, so the biscuits probably aren't great, but at least they are homemade!)
