Ignoring Sunday's non-run...
Aug0420097:20 p.m.
I organised a picnic in Hyde Park on Saturday, and we sat there in true British style under our umbrellas munching on homemade pink cupcakes. We then went to the pub... and it went downhill in quite spectacular style. A chinese at 1am is not conducive to a long run Sunday morning before a lunch date, especially when I woke up the wrong side of London. So I am fully guilty of missing my first long run of the training programme
I did go out today, for a 30 minute run at Level7 effort, and I feel quite proud of myself
Distance: 3 miles
Mile 1: 9:56 minutes
Mile 2: 9:12 minutes
Mile 3: 9:23 minutes
Total Time: 28:31 minutes
Pre-run snack: glass of diet coke, fish and pasta a couple of hours ago for lunch
Post-run snack: none, out for a dinner party after my dance lesson
On that note need to run into the shower before my dance lesson
