Um......

Oct1520101:56 p.m.

Doesn't time fly! um.....that's me out of cliches for now, but I do mean it. I meant to post something some time ago - I think last week, but suddenly it's the end of this week, what happened? Does anyone know where it went?

Oh yeah, PBs, that's where I was last, well last week I went to the gym & set myself the challenge of running a 5k on the treadmill as fast as I could. 'Cos I've never timed myself over 5k before. Only I did a warmup & then started running and didn't stop the timer and re-start, so the entire time I was running, I was trying to remember what the clock said when I started the 5k portion. Bit thick of me really!! So I *think* I did the 5k in 27 mins 29 seconds, but I'm not 100% certain. Whatever time it was it counts as another PB though 'cos it's my only timed 5k in existence :)

The boxercise is continuing and it's stopped hurting - well, not during the session, during the session my guts are making a fairly determined effort to burst their way out Alien style, but in the 48 hours afterwards I no longer ache to breathe or lift my arms to the keyboard. Perhaps that means I'm taking the class too easy though? I'm not convinced it's actually burning fat, but I do think I'm getting a litte less wobbly in a few places, so things are looking better than they did (TMI, I know, sorry)

Hopefully this Monday coming I'll manage the plank for 30 seconds this time, without collapsing mid way. Undecided
