    Overview

    This Blog logs my attempts to get back in shape in 2008 - and in particular my campaign to break a 4 hour marathon finish for the second time (I've only managed it once out of 4 marathons so far - and that was my first effort, New York 2006).

    I'm also looking to raise £1500 for Greenhouse Schools Project as well as having some fun and learning some stuff along the way!
