Week #6, Run 2: 5.8 miles in 41:27 - 7:08/mile - 2x 3x3minsOops, sorry I haven't blogged for a while. Doesn't time fly? Training is going well. I'm still running in the higher group. Last Sunday's LSR was tricky on the ice. I had to run in the centre of the dual carriageway which has a grassy track, around the parks and a football field umpteen times. I'm glad I talked my running partner around. If the program says 18, I'm DOING 18!
