Hills - just steep flat bits aren't they

Still doing the 3 runs per week totalling about 20 miles but I'm feeling I should be doing more so from next week I'll be going do 4-5 runs and getting up to about 30 miles (this depends on when/where I go from - home or work) My gym membership runs out next week so I'll invest the money in a new pair of trainers, that way I can have a pair at home and a pair in work ao I don't have to keep remembering to transport them.
I've been quite pleased with my times as I've been including a few hills in preparation for the Tunnel 10k, there's about 1.5 miles up hill coming out of the Tunnel. I'm going for a course PB of under 52 mins, don't think I'll get near my 47min PB for a 10k as that was on a flat course.
I've still managed to keep my VLM 2011 application a secret, don't need to worry about it until October but divorce and being written out of a will could be big issues.
