Really enjoying running.

I am really enjoying running again - I can't tell you how good that feels. Since my last blog I have done two aerobic interval sessions, another fartlek run and a threshold run as well as 2 TRX workouts! Wow I love working out with the TRX - it is an amazing workout.
As well as that I am running with my Personal Training Clients, who are both doing aerobic intervals (at different levels) with me at the moment as well as TRX workouts. They are really enjoying training as well which I feel great about.
My one concern (or niggle) is that I know in my training plan I have cruise intervals coming up. Its not that they are going to be hard that I am worried about it is that I am struggling to get my heart rate as high as it needs to be - my friend suggested wearing a weighted diving vest! Not sure about that but also not sure I can get my heart rate where it needs to be - any ideas?
