After doing the FLM07 and GNR07 i'm back in the FLM08 blogs.

To introduce myself, my name is Sarah, i live in Cardiff with my husband Andrew and we have 3 children.

I started running 1 year ago after being inspired by the FLM06, i have ran a few 10k's, 2 half's and the FLM07.  The great north run was what i consider to be my greatest running achievement and i can't wait to get this buzz from doing the FLM.

This year i will be running with my husband in aid of Wellchild, the childrens charity.

This is my diary of events in my words and from my angle (therefore will be slightly biased in my favour!!)
