Not running as much i use to, now running is more pleasant because of other exercises i do, i feel stronger when i run 10 miles with enough energy to run more but i stop on the 10 miles mark and i will reduce for 6 to 8 miles only and some days 4 to 6 miles to.
Running to much dosen't go well with the training i am doing now, to build more muscles so i can be stronger all over.
So some day's do some of this 
some other day's do some of this

But my favorite is this one just on is own
, running until i am over and done with out energy.
Some other days i do this
on my rest day, i can't just seat my arse doing nothing, at least i do some walking just to keep motivation going.
Last week i run 30 miles, plus all the other exercises, adjusting as i go day in day out to keep fit as possible.
Now i do what i love the most,eat and eat 

and if i don't i feel like this all day
