Never give up

Is a long time since i put down what i do every day.

Exercise is the number one priority in my life, busy life is not excuse to seat down doing nothing.

Almost every day i exercise 90 to 120 minutes on my bike or running or both that's why i don't have the time to come where any more, time to time i take a look to the real buzz for information or inspiration, is the best site any way.

The pain, the tiredness and the rest that comes  with exercise real pays of, when i look to folk's younger then me or the same age as me i just say to my self, don't stop what you are doing ever.

I feel good, i feel 20 years younger, age is a number nothing else on this days.

I will be able to run in the beach for many years to come in my hollidays and see the sunset every day from the beach insted of a balcony.

One thing i would like to see, is some people to exercise more, so one day even with lots of pain and tiredness  they could feel the way i feel know.
