Not boring at all ....

For the last 6 months doing different exercises to break the routine made exercise more enjoyable and i can feel my body more strong and with better shape.
I start with 20 Min's on the bike at home then i run anything between 6 to 12 miles and to cool down 20 Min's on the bike again and different days i had 30 Min's exercise on different parts of my body.
This mix of exercises work for me, no more boring running for hours and i am always looking forward for the next day to do a different exercise.
I been working on the six pack, i am getting there, one day at the time
but i am getting there.
I do cycle to work and from work every day to.
I am more wise now, i do things more wisely and i do rest, were resting before for me was lost of time but took time and i learn rest is a must do.
My son today ask me to run with him today,after yesterday exercise today i should rest but i will run with him just to keep is motivation alive, is so fit with a six pack now, dosen't drink,smoke,drugs,latte knights or anything to harm is health, is priority's is exercise and college, i am so proud of him, he want's to be a Lawyer what else can i ask for, at near 17 year's old and to be so focus i can say the majority of the time is the one to motivate is 40 old Dad.
So today a few miles in my legs latter on.
I am loving it
