Friday i done 50 Min's of this
and 60 Min's of

, working out like this keep the fat away and also i build muscle to make my body stronger.
Saturday i done 9 miles
running and 30 Min's 
just to burn a bit of extra fat.
Today sunday i rest to give a chance to recover but not with out 30 Min's of this
only.
Is now 02.15 am and just finish working, today i will do 2 hours work out , a bit of mix, all around fitness, long runs i love them but my joints they are not the same any more and the amount of fat i used to burn is a bit to much for me.
At nice pace i am building endurance and building muscle in my body, i feel strong all around now .
New year , new idea's
, a change , we all need to change some things time to time.
