Short 2 miler and 5's
Jun1320128:25 a.m.
A quick two miles before 5-a-sides last night in 14:53 (7:27). Again, too quick but I knew I only had 15mins before football and it was only 2 miles. An hour of 5's followed with no pain which I'm taking as a very good sign. A little stiff today but that was the first football in 5 weeks. Just realised that we're almost half way through June! Need to start getting some mileage in again as I think, following on from injury, there has been a touch of laziness creeping in. Also, the local 10K is now less than 5 weeks away and we may be entering a team of 4 from work so I don't want to be the weakest link!!
I wanted to run my first hill race this year but the first I was targeting is a week on Saturday so I don't think that would be wise. The second is on the 3rd July and that's under consideration :)

Scardoc '7.27's over two miles :) my pb on this 10K course equates to 7.25's and two of my colleagues will def be running sub 7's!! The other team member hasn't run this distance but I'd expect to be 7.30's at least. Being injured has drained the confidence I'd built this year, what I need is a pacemaker!! ' added 13th Jun 2012
