Weekend update

Quickly checking in.
Not doing a proper blog right now as the last week of my posts are currently MIA so I'm waiting for it all to be back before I pick this up properly again.
Went out on the bike with some friends yesterday, ending up doing 45M with plenty of hard efforts in there so good training even if it wasn't as long as I originally wanted. Long one this weekend.
I ate too much this weeekend, but it was also a completely dry weekend so hopefully they'll balance each other out.
Spent yesterday evening looking through books and I think I've found the Ironman training plan for me. Just got to fit my other races around it.
1500m swim before work in 28:30, spinning tonight. A similar theme for the rest of this week then hopefully trying a short run on Saturday. Fingers crossed!
