What I talk about when I talk about running by Silmarillia

Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional!

My running and blogging slogan, I thought for my second marathon and by far it feels much tougher to train for, I would like to talk about what I talk about when I talk about running.. 

I am supporting a great charity Sense which since reading Helen Keller's life story at the age of 14 left me deeply touched on how a deafblind person could become a political activist and achieve the first ever BA in Arts as a deafblind, it is most definitely a worthwhile cause to support.
