.. I had a crazy week in PAris so I have been quiet on here..., but all is well:
just going on my 4k easy run
had a massage earlier to get me loosened up for the big day
my family is here and it is crazy but fun
and i am sh....ing myself to be honest.
Pre race nerves have definitely kicked in and I am constantly thinking about the run tomorrow. So stupid though knowing you have done all te training, I really hope it doesnt rain and good luck to everyone!
It is sooo exciting and I hope you all have a splendid time..
