Half Marathon completed yesterday and now resting in the sun...

Apr1820102 p.m.

.. it definitely wasnt my best and I think my body is slowly falling apart.

My right ankle, the inner side, is starting to niggle, anyone has experience with that? It just hurts the longer I run... Maybe it is fed up!

Nevermind, it was a gorgeous day and I chose a quite boring river route with hardly anyone out.. which meant the run felt quite monotonous but I just wanted to finish it feeling fairly comfident. I even walked the last ten minutes just to ease everything up a little.

I think I ate too little or drank too little but I felt quite faint afterwards, I've only had that once before after a long run and it is not a nice feeling.. all you want to do is lie down and eat a huge Marsbar !!! haha...

But all good now again and I am crossing my fingers for the big day next week! Easy 6 k today as well but i shall do that tonight so i can enjoy the sunshine...
