Expo

So we went to the Expo yesterday to collect our packs.
I was expecting it to be heaving but it was fairly quiet and not one celebrity in sight. I see some of you guys are talking about pen numbers how do we find out what pen we are in... Is it in the pack, maybe I am being blonde...
Enjoyed the afternoon picked up lots of tips whilst having my pasta in the hall. Saw Nick Morgan the nutritional coach he is great. I think the only thing I brought was a sweat band which is so 80's but will be worth it...
Last I heard the weather is going to 50-57 with light lights and some breeze. Has this changed.
Can't wait until Saturday as we are making our way up and staying overnight in a hotel which is arranging early transfers sunday morning. We are at the red start....

edwards_pk 'From what I remember the pen number should be on your main race number in one of the corners (1, 2, 3 etc), all depends on your expected time. As for the weather as Graham say's it looks like its going to be another warm one, hopefully with some cloud but not much of a breeze, a running hat might be wise if youve used to running with them, helps me, keeps the sun of the face which is sometimes needed. I will need to get sunblock, a hat and maybe sunnies then, going to be tough as haven't trained in hot weather... thanks for the advice re the pen number I will check tonight..
