Not a merry Murrayfield......

Hi there. So the last week has been spent reflecting on the Scotland game. We drew 15-15 on another frustrating afternoon. Personally I thought we failed to create opportunities to score tries, but, on the good side at least we didn't concede. There was a really weird feeling in the changing room after the match. It was an empty feeling because we hadn't won and that meant that we couldn’t win the Six Nations this year.

We had a dinner just after the game at Murrayfield - as we always do - where Ben Youngs was given his first cap and I believe he, as a player, has a great future ahead of him. Keep your eye on him. The week before the Scotland game was similar to the other training weeks of the competition. One day in our down time, me and a couple of players snuck out to get my weekly Nandos and to go to the cinema to watch Alice in Wonderland.

On my day off, I test drove the New Triumph Rocket 3 Roadster; it has an engine bigger than most cars. I feel that driving this kind of bike is relaxing, but it also allows me to get the adrenaline rush I crave for. Now I notice people have been leaving questions, so I thought I’d reply to some of them. Aliza asked whether or not I drink green tea: the answer is YES! I practically drown myself in it! When I first came to France, I tried to buy into the French way and I got hooked on expressos (drinking up to 10 a day). That was clearly a little too much...!

So I turned to green tea and it became a healthier substitute! In all good weight loss products you find green tea extract, so I thought by drinking so much of it, I couldn't be going wrong! And after drinking it, I feel good about myself! Rob, I'm not sure what you meant by your comment... please explain further and I'll get back to you on that one. But keep the questions and comments coming. I love reading them. I'll report back to you next week, after the France game with my conclusions on this year's Six Nations. Have a great week. Tommo.
